Policies

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of [your amount, e.g. $25 or 50% of the service]. No-shows will be charged [same or higher amount].

Please arrive on time to your appointment. A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed. After that, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other clients, and the full service amount will still apply. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a missed appointment and subject to a cancellation fee.
